Just bee you

My goodness, it's August already! I am so not ready for summer to end... Okay, enough whining, let's get on with it!

Here he is, cute as can bee (sorry had to throw that one in, can't promise that I wont do it again). The name of this stamp is Bentleys Bee Fortune and yes he is from Sassy Cheryl. I had so much fun making this card. Let me show before I tell...

I had some more of the small polka dot paper that I used on another card but I thought it would work perfectly for this one too. All of the pattern paper is from Sn@p simple stories collection and the gold and black card stock is bazzill. I colored Bentley with copic markers, highlighted his nose and tounge with a Sakura glaze pen, and glittered his wings with some Martha Stewart Crafts fine glitter. I used the same glitter on the blue flower that was cut from the Mother's Day Bouquet Cricut cartridge. The 2 little bees were quilled using 1/8" quilling paper. I then used some Queen & Co. black rhinestones for his antennae, American Crafts premium "Lagoon" ribbon and a light blue button for the final embellishments.
